The price of delivery will depend on the items you are buying as this will affect which courier your order is sent out with. See our delivery page for a full price list.
Depending on your items, our courier service will deliver your items within 5 working days. See our delivery information page for more information.
If your order has not arrived after 5 working days, please get in touch with our team on 0116 2887719 or email firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to assist you.
We take responsibility of checking all our products before they leave our warehouse; however if you find your item has been damaged please get in touch with our team by emailing email@example.com or calling 0116 2887719.
If you would like to return your items, simply return the goods to us within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For more information see our Returns Policy.
We offer a click and collect service on our decking products only. Our warehouse opening times are:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday 08:00 – 16:00

We endeavour sending all your items in one order, depending on stock levels; however this may not always be possible.
Your order will be delivered by one of our contracted couriers, depending on the items you have purchased.
