The price of delivery will depend on the items you are buying as this will affect which courier your order is sent out with. Another key factor is the speed of your shipping. Our next day delivery option comes at a slight premium to our economy services. See our delivery page for a full price list.
Depending on your items, our courier service will deliver your items within 5 working days. Our next day delivery option requires that you order your items before 2pm. Some items are available on back order. This means that there will be a slight delay on getting your items to you. This is usually between 7 and 14 days. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days (or 14 in the case of a back ordered item), please get in touch with our team on 0116 2887719 or email enquiries@fixdirect.co.uk who will be able to assist you.
We take the responsibility of checking all our products before they leave our warehouse. However, if you find your item has been damaged please get in touch with our team immediately by emailing enquiries@fixdirect.co.uk or calling 0116 2887719.
If you would like to return your items, simply send the goods back to us within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For more information on this, please see our Returns Policy.
We offer a great click and collect service on our decking board products only.
Our warehouse opening times are:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday 08:00 – 16:00

We endeavour in sending all your items within one order. This is dependent on our current stock levels and unfortunately may not always be possible.
Your order will be delivered by one of our contracted couriers or in the case of smaller items – Royal Mail. We use different couriers to ensure we can provide the best quality shipping at competitive prices. Delivery methods vary depending on the items that you have purchased.
