Description
WRAPTOR breathable roofing membrane is efficient for protecting against rain and snow, whilst allowing water vapour to pass through the exterior to avoid mould, dampness and condensation build-up.
WRAPTOR 100 can be used as a windproof layer to reduce air leakage and allows insulation materials to maintain their optimum thermal efficiency by minimising air infiltration. As it is UV-resistant, it also works efficiently as a house wrap.
WRAPTOR 100 has been BRE tested and BBA approved to be used as follows:
Wind Uplift Pressure |

FAQ's
Is this roofing membrane breathable?
Yes, we only sell breathable membrane with BBA certification, which is ideal for use as replacement membrane in roofs and a myriad of other uses including patching, sheds, outhouses, outbuildings etc.
Will your breather membrane help with condensation?
Yes, Wraptor roofing membrane is breathable and therefore allows water vapour to escape through the permeable material.
Is this a vapour control layer?
No, a vapour control layer helps to stop water coming into the roof from the inside of the building. This product is breathable roofing membrane, which prevents water coming into the roof from the outside of the building, whilst allowing vapour trapped inside the roof to escape through its permeable material structure.
Does breathable membrane stop condensation?
BReathable membrane significantly reduces condensation compared with non-breathable membrane, by allowing water vapour to escape through the product.
