Description

WRAPTOR breathable roofing membrane is an excellent waterproof layer, ensuring vapour permeability to avoid condensation and mould; it is also a great layer to reduce air leakage and ideal for use in roofing construction or as a house wrap.

WRAPTOR 120 is tear-proof, making the product extremely durable and cost-effective, as once installed correctly, it will not need replacing.

WRAPTOR 120 has been BRE tested and BBA approved to be used as follows:

What benefits are there for using slightly thicker roofing membrane?

Thicker roofing membrane offers better protection for your roof and work more effectively in progressively harsher conditions. See the wind table on this page.

What is the difference between 100GSM membrane and 120GSM membrane?

Simply 100GSM membrane is slightly thinner than the 120GSM membrane and so therefore more suitable to slightly worse weather conditions.

Can I use 120GSM roofing membrane in very poor weather areas?

If you require membrane for harsher conditions, it may make sense to opt for our 140GSM roofing membrane. Please see our wind table on this page.
